could anyone describe the traction bar theory..... is it a fulcrum mounted to the frame to force the tires to the ground? Does it reduce MPG> adjustable.... things like that

Theyre More for controlling axle wrap than anything, but if you get the geometry right, you can get weight off the front of the truck which in turn puts weight on the rear, giving better traction.
