hello-

i'm going to install an edge juice attitude in the morning :ro) . i'm just looking over the schwag.

i purchased it used from someone who did not use the provided pyro insert.

the pyro guage has a red and yellow wire at the end with a male type electrical connector. the edge has a yellow and red wire, but with 'o' type electrical fitting crimped on.

do i just need to connect red to red, yellow to yellow, and keep separate, and protected in shrink tube? there are 2 screws... are those to screw them together?

The original Edge connections had little bolts and nuts holding them together. Not like a male/female thing. My 'o' type got damaged so is switched to a good spade style. Keep them separate w/ heat shrink or tape.

thx. that's what i figgered. it just seemed odd to bolt together the wires.

seems like every other part of the juice was super advanced electronics.... why not have a more sophisticated connection for the pyro??

i'm not upset, just think it's weird.
