Just bought new 05 2500HD w/ D/A. Fan always spinning even upon cold start with 30 degrees ambient temp. Is this normal??

GMCSID 04-23-2005, 12:48 PM The fan will always spin but won't be locked up all the time. It will be locked up on cold start for a few minutes. You can tell when it's locked by the louder noise. | ||
