I have my core tranny parts in a box from my transmission build I had done a few months ago. I had forgot about them and was wondering can I still get my core charge back? Ordered the kit from fleece performance which I will never buy a thing off of again. Talked to Chase 2 weeks ago and was told he would have Brayden call me, and SURPRISE no call! I have called 4 times since then and left 3 messages since that 2 weeks and still no return so I give up. Is there anyway I could possibly get my core charge back or should I just throw the parts in the dumpster and forget about it.

First I've heard of this....

I saw Riley this weekend at the Dyno day and he didn't say anything about it.

You haven't left a message on my cell phone which is listed on the site..

Sorry we dropped the ball, but I'll make it right..

Call me tomorrow.

Brayden will make it right, they're human and as beach said, there's only 2 of them in the shop.

Patience is a virtue and these guys have so much going on, remember there's always someone ahead in line as far as service goes...the list is endless right now.

There are much better guys to do business with its sad a text message is your only way of getting a hold of said people. If they can't answer the phone then maybe its time to hire a receptionist.

i think your statement is unwarranted. do you own your own shop where you custom machine turbos, drop transmissions in less than an hour and build motors along with dealing with people stoping bye and needing something looked at. if the two of them answered every phone call then they would never get anything done. i have been at that shop during the day and i bet the shop phone rang at least 100 times. and that is not counting the 100 times a day each of their cell phones ring. and as fr as there being much better guys to do buisness with you are just plain wrong. brayden and chase and their dad have all three bent over backwards to help me out. even when the stood to make no money out of it. so no there arent better guys to do buisness with

Smaller shops that have the owners working along side employees day in and day out tend to be hard to get a hold of as they try and get product done. Keeping overhead down keeps product prices down also. Our plumbing shop get like this too. If the owner can't be reached I'm next in line for the call and hear about it!

Paint, I'm sorry you feel that way. But I gotta tell you we are trying our best. Do we drop the ball sometimes? Yep, sure do, I'll be the first to admit that. But you have no idea how many balls are in motion on any given day. As far as not answering the phone, every call that comes in on the shop phone is answered, problem is that if we are already on that phone line it rings 4 times and then goes to voicemail, the problem with that is our voicemail fills up in about 5 hours on any given day. As far as hiring a receptionist, that's out of the question, as 99% of the calls we recieve are technical questions, some that have nothing to with us, just people needing help which we gladly give them. Most of the time we are working, we are also talking on the phone at the same time :). Just curious but do you have any first hand dealings with us or are you just going off of hearsay? Just please remember the old saying, bad gets around alot quicker than the good. Which holds true for every company. If anybody cannot get ahold of the shop, please send me a PM and I assure you that I will take care of you.

To the OP, please PM me your info and I will get your situation taken care of. I apologize for your inconvinence.

I called up and spoke with Brayden a few weeks back about a TCM question that everybody else told me was undoable. He took time out of his day to answer my questions and go over everything with me AND answer all of my questions without rushing through it with me. They had no means of knowing if it will benefit them financially as I haven't bought anything from them, but plan on it in the near future due to the professionalism they had with me. All business's make mistakes, and things slip through the cracks. The true judge of a business is how they handle the problems when they arise.

You can say that now but when they have $1000 of your money in core charges you'll be thinking different. To the OP, what have you found out?

Not true, they are good guys stretched to the limit, and have taken time numerous times to answer my questions. Can't make everyone happy but the Fleece boys will go out of there way to do their best.

Brayden and crew have always helped me when I asked. I consider Brayden a good friend and send customers his way knowing that they will be treated right.

Brayden is a good person.
When I was installing my trans kit I had a few ?. Mike was moving shops at the time and I did not want to bother him. Called Brayden twice in 1 night.
1st time was about 8 pm and second was around 10:30 pm are a little later. He took time out of his day/night to help. The big part about it was I didn't even buy the kit from their place of business.
He is a top notch guy.
By the way Brayden Thank you very much.

Hmmmm im kinda hesitant on buying a turbo from him now. I delt with people on ebay like that always calling and e-mailing never get a response and not knowing whats goin on with the order that never showed up. It's not my idea of a fun time. Oh well we will see when the time comes.

Anybody Mike would recommend has to be top notch. Give these these guys a break. If I had $1000 dollars of cores I wouldn't wait 2 month to send them back.To many people here are willing to talk shit about good Businesses. When they know nothing about running a business or how much of an effort it takes. Once u become great theirs not always time to please everyone. Its not bad business its just life.

Jerrod's right, those guys work their tails off and there's only so much you can do. If you really wanna get stuff done, SHOW UP AT THEIR SHOP. That's the best way I know to get stuff done, the people that mean business as to what they're doing will show up.

Otherwise it's just heresay, anyone can say they'll do something...how many actually pull through in the end?

I can tell you right now everyone that slams the Fleece needs to see what it's like there sometime, and they'd have a completely different perspective.
