Would a noise filter for the optic sensor cure the P0251 code ?
If so where do i get one?

I may or may not I had mine replaced when I had all the problems when in San Diego. You can get it at any dealer, if in stock. Or try some of these online parts place for a discount. At the dealer it was about $60 if I remember correctly. The easiest is to pull off the old one and get the part number off it.
