This truck is 100% stock LBZ with 60k miles......In the morning when it is cold, it seems to be limping from 1st to second.......

I leave home and the first stop sign I come to, I take off and it goes through 1st and then limps I guess as it shifts to 2nd.....Truck free spins like in neutral and wont move....Have to sit there and cycle the key numerous times to get it to go......Has done this to me multiple times in this same spot....Any ideas???.....Only code is 0700..

You need a better code reader or you need to have codes read. The P0700 is a generic code that the ECM sets when the TCM requests the MIL. It indicates that the TCM has codes stored too.
