Diesel_Day_Dreamin 04-11-2009, 01:22 PM I removed my passenger side tire and inner plastic fender well for easy access. I then drilled and tapped the manifold with the truck idling so to blow the metal chips out while drilling. You have to act fast... Things get hot, even at idle from cold. Be carefull how deep you tap it, the tap is tapered (not straight thread), and you can go too deep with the tap. Only use about 3/4 of the pipe tap when you tap it (use 3/4 lenght of the threads).
