got it installed last week by Eric(Dmaxallitech) and what a differance it makes have not had any issues what so ever and when its on, the truck shifts like a mother, really noticed when at the track i realized it was not on the first 3 passes and on the forth turned it on dragrace mode and it clicked off the shifts right now, now all i have to do is learn how to launch consistantly.

I have this feeling your going to see a lot more ATS equipped trucks around. You should have went for the whole ATS transmission,I am.That's what everyone I'm speaking to is looking for,that shift.I cannot wait to enjoy it myself,finally and give my feedback.

Did you have to go into the transmission and change the Booster Valve spring to the one ATS uses in there transmissions ????
Any problem before or were you just looking to freshen up the shifts.....;)
Let us know...........I was thinking of adding one myself to clean up the shifts on my Suncoast.

You need to change to the ATS pump upgrade kit (big spring) and replace the Trans-Go A/B trim valves with the stockers (and it works great - so far).

We added the co-pilot to his trans. He is already running a S/C so the trans was already done. Didnt use the the ATS pump kit, but did shim the PR spring as part of the SC IV upgrade. Left the transgo valves in place as well. Truck really runs good.

some time ago I remember saying that when it comes to dragracing and sledpulling with an Allison it's hard to beat the quick shifts & converter clutch control the ATS copilot gives you
i wanted some control over lock up for pulling, the big plus is how it shifts now while racing, it is a different animal,
