: Hiss with 4" exhaust on LMM? Kennedy726 03-29-2009, 05:48 PM At idle my lmm with 4' turbo back hisses like a jet engine taking off, but once in a while it sounds like a valve opens up and it deep and throaty but only for a few seconds and then it oes back to hissing? EXACTLY!! Love that!!! BTW, when its real cold out, after about a min. warm up, take off and it will sound deep like an LB7 for abot 20 sec. then the vanes kick in.
