I have an LLY Duramax, which serpentine belt do I need. Most people seem to like the Gatorback, the kid at Checkers qouted me $35 for two different belts; the odd question was do you have a vacuum pump? I have a stock 2005 Duramax, cc 4x4. Is there a specific belt before I go back and purchase?

i would use a stock belt, got over 70K on mine. If you give dealership your Vin, they can get you the correct one.

Just ordered a new starter from Maniac Elctric Motors online. They have a sale on the starters that ends today. $79.90 plus $20.00 core charge. I called them to make sure that this is the correct starter due to the low price. Might not be a bad idea to order one up just in case at that price.
