If I were to put 2" lift blocks in the rear suspension what options would I have for shocks...I assume it would need to be approximately 2" longer than stock?

I had the same question. I thought at one time someone said they put rancho rs9000 shocks on, but were 2 inches longer then stock. However, rancho doesn't have a shock listed for a 2500hd that is 2 inches longer, just stock length. Is the 2 inch longer shock for a hummer or something? I would also appreciate it if anyone could shed some light on the subject before I order my shocks.

I have 2" blocks and stock shocks. No problems in 30K miles.
