Anyone heard of this?

I had installed about a week now. Power is great, been running it on performance. All other shifts are fine, but from 3rd to 4th, it hesitates like it's defueling, then when it does hit 4th, it's very harsh. Only been a problem since the tuner was installed. Also, the tranny has never been limped.
