Ok, I have what is in my thread plus New Pitman, and Idler Arms, Tie Rod sleeves, EFI is on the way and waiting to install my liftpump when I get the EFI. I don't know what times I run on the Drag but I am just wondering what the next few upgrades are going to be and what they will cost.. My goal is speed.:D I love it..

Might not hurt to get the suncoast transfercase brace..If you plan on doing 4x4 launches

Not to badly priced. Plus, I could probably make it twice as strong at my shop. What else???

traction bars or spring clamps will help with wheel hop at launch

Plenty strong enough as is. It's not gonna break or bend and nothing's going anywhere.

Ya your next best investment would be another set of wheels and tires and some spring clamps.

I still have my stock wheels, would they work? Probably need different tires though.

The stock wheels are so narrow that its hard to get a wide tire to fit on them right

My 305 50's should give me enough grip on the track. I think they may be a little heavy of a wheel though.
What's a good set of spring clamps? Don't want to be hopping down the track.

Have you ever drag raced? There are several vendors on here who will sell you spring clamps or you can make your own, you really only need them on the front of the springs. If you want to go 12.4 or so, you are going to need either more air, (big single or twin turbos) or nitrous. Nitrous is much cheaper. If you are new to EFI live get in touch with one of the good tuners on this site and get a couple from them. Save you a ton of time and gives you a starting point. If you try to get too much power out of your stock engine you will hurt it, most likely bend the rods.

The stock wheels will work fine at the track. As for the spring clamps, talk to Dustin, he can show you what we used to make mine. With the right set up and tune you should be in the mid to high 12's

Last summer when I made a few passes, the guy behind me in line was telling me he had put on his 20's to try and get some extra grip. The result was his 60' time was maybe 0.1 better but he lost 0.5 by the time he crossed the line. It was a 14 sec. truck, so take from that what you will. I guess the extra weight was more of a disadvantage.

Just sold my stock tires and wheels. I could componsate the wheel size and weight with ring and pinion's couldn't I? May be a 411
