So there I am, driving down the interstate, minding my own business when BAM! Truck goes limp. I hit that blue button on my mirror and someone spoke to me (I assume it was god). He informed me of an electrical problem with the #2 cylinder. ?$@#! AGAIN?! I already fix #2 and #7 once already! Has anyone else had more than one problem with the same injector harness? I'm hoping so, I do not have the money for a new truck or motor. BTW truck has 152k oh her.

If they didnt put the new bracket on when they did the injector connector the first time, well I'm sure thats your problem.

Man, I hope that's the problem. I'm kind of worried. Onstar wasn't much help, they just said something about an electrical issue with an injector on the #2. I basically coached the "GM Certified Tech" from Onstar on what the possible problems could be.
Anyone have any experience with Karl Chevy in Ankeny, IA?? That's where it is sitting ($160/45 mile tow later). Bob Brown Chevy in Des Moines tried to screw me with my Trans Am, I'm hoping Karl is better.

Still at the dealer. I'll have an update tomorrow. Crossing my finger for an injector harness though. Jimmy Smoke just made me feel better :)

I kinda thought by now that everybody who follows this forum and has an LLY:
(1) has put a piece of heater hose between the injector harness and the FICM bracket where it notoriously wears through the insulation, and
(2) carries an ice pick to fix the connector issue (usually 2 or 7 but it can happen to any of them).
I did the hose and I carry the ice pick because I assume my day will come. These problems seem to come to all of these trucks sooner or later. There's a thread in the DIY section with pictures of the connector and where to drive the ice pick (carefully!!).
In other threads, the 2/7 problem has happened to some people several times, with or without the support bracket. A few have had to re-pick their connectors a second time, too, but this is still much quicker and cheaper to do than dealing with a dealer.

Never heard about the heater hose! damn! That's probably it. At least you guys are making me feel better about this. I know my next DIY mod.

Just got the word from the dealer (who I now think is a stealer). bad injector harness again. They want $510 to fix it  I swear it wasn't that much last time. They claim $265 for the part and $250 labor. Not much else I can do but pay it and then never take it there again.

Buy the part online and fix it yourself. 250 for labor
