ok i have been searching, but i cant find the info i need. i have an 01 duramax and it has the surge when cold. it is at the dealer now and the quote from the service adviser is (ya it wants to jump out of the shop), but they say everything is in spec. what can i do to get this problem taken care of ? any help is appreciated.:help:

Typically, a lopey idle cold is programming and warm is pump regulator. I'd ask them to check into any applicable software updates for the ECM and TCM.
