This isn't an 04 but it's an 03, so the body is very much the same.

Fingers' truck also has them on the rear, I believe he made his front flares but they look like Bushwackers. He has 36" tires on 10" wide rim on bone stock suspension.

Here's the thread http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/showthread.php?t=12872&highlight=bushwacker+flares

Hey Zorganov, are those Bushwacker cut-outs for an '02 an older? How much trouble was it to make them work?<SCRIPT type=text/javascript> vbmenu_register("postmenu_553339", true); </SCRIPT>

Here are a couple pics of mine. Bushwacker cutouts in the back and home made on the front. 365/65-16s on 16x10 rims without any lift or crank.

To make them work is quite simple so long as you've got a good cutting wheel, and not afraid to cut into your brand new truck fenders.

Not at all,I've already trashed one set trying to mount a set of Glassworks prerunner fendersCensored . Do you have any other pics of the fronts? Did you have to modify the inner structure any? Any help is greatly appreciated(sp).

Sure, I'll see what I can do. As for modification. The front is a little reshaping, but not bad. You cut back about 1 1/4" and then there's a seam behind the fender liner that you have to fold over by pounding it flat with a hammer. That's the hardest part.

You may wonder what kind of a pshyco I am looking at some of these pics though, so don't say I didn't warn you. She's not very clean in some of them. If you want pics from any particular angle, just ask, I'll have to get some tomorrow.

Zorganov,

No offense, but maybe you should find some deeper water to give that truck of yours a bath from time to time :muahaha:

I know, I KNOW, I KNOW!!!!Censored

No, I'm joking, yeah, she does need a bath and she's getting one tomorrow. It's just during spring it hardly pays to wash her cuz a mile down the road she's dirty again, so I wait till everything drys up and then do a good job. Tomorrow, I promise!!!
