just got my S300 back from Gillette Diesel they did some custom work for me , 1st off they punched out the waste gate from 2 -5/8" ports to 2 -7/8" ports and also installed a high throw cover for the wastegate linkage , then polished the compressor cover , and also installed a higher flowing turbine wheel, plus installed some new bearings while they had it apart i was going to take a bunch of pics of the mods but time did not alow so the finished product is all you get :D also shows some pics of the new turbo blankets and hot pipe blanket installed .

That is a sick setup. How does she run and what hp do you think you are putting down??? Iam looking at a s400 to put on my truck. Is that a decent turbo. Thanks

Can I ask who made your hot pipe and turbo blanket? Have you noticed a difference in spool up time?

his name is levi , alot of his buisness is done on ebay but his email is beatturboheat@gmail.com , very good guy to deal with tell him you got his info from me he will treat you good ,and all his blankets are hand made by him . i havent had time to test yet but after letting the truck idle for 30 min i could set my hand on the blanket and it was luke warm . i will post up after some testing , the basic primis of a turbo blanket is to keep the heat in the exhaust housing and away from the compressor side .
