My steering is sloppy, it will sway alittle what could be the problem or the fix.

Mine does the same thing. Had it in the shop and everything "met specifications". Probably not much you can do about it.

Not saying your problem is the pitman/idler arms, but when I replaced mine it helped out a ton. No more sway and much more responsive. My truck had about 72k miles when I did mine.

Mine has a little slop in it too. It was like that since the day I bought it. But it tracks straight down the road. And I dont notice it unless im parked and moving the steering wheel. I guess its all good!
