Some may have read two of my post first was Tranny out at 1097 Miles on it. Second one was Gm Customer Service Sucks. Now here is the low down on what happened. Had to fight with gm and allison to get a new tranny, got a new one. Now I talked to the tech for about an hour and a half about what had happened, he told me that is was obvious that the turbine shaft and or clutch plates were milled wrong. Has anybody else had any problems with such low miles. We all know if this is the case for i don't know if it parts were actually milled wrong that allison and chevrolet would never own up to it. Thanks to all who responded before with information and all help offered. This is a great place with great people!

Glad to hear that you were finally taken care of.
I did not read your earlier post, but what were your symptoms?

First of all we need more info and pictures like what exactly failed. It is possible to mill something wrong but not likely. I also do not believe anything a flatrate mechanic tells me. There are some good ones but not many.

If the mechanic thought they were machined wrong......never mind, you only had it out once.

Arguing on the internet is alot like masterbation
Its fun at first, feels good for a while
But then it gets old, and nobody wants to watch it
Then you relize you should find something better to do with your hands.
