went to a body shop yesterday to get a quote on having all my fenders, handles, rear bumper, front bumper, grille and mirrors painted. The guy said that I'd be better off buying painted handles and prepped fender flares because they are made of different plastics. The textured plastic for exposed weathring and the smoother for being painted. THis true or is her blowing wind up my arse?

im getting mine painted right now i will get it back in a week or so $300 for it.

Have them sand it down first so its smooth

I was gonna do it. nopoint is paying them $80 an hour to do it.
