Wow.. all I have to say.
Through some copenhagen, cussing, sweat, blood and a general hard time, I was able to straightpipe the truck.
Major issues: Banks muffler welds had given at the front of the muffler, around the outside. You could see seepage. Calling the shop on monday to see about getting a refund for a poor muffler
It sucked that the pipe I bought at freightliner was exactly the same size as the rest of the exhaust... I had some redneck engineering going on with a deadblow hammer, pointy end of a broken vise, and an acetelyne torch.
Got it done and it sounds GOOODDDD!!! It's quieter at idle and at cruise than the muffled system was... Much MUCH more turbo sound, but tell you what, you hop on it and everyone's going to know you ain't stock...
