Just up and threw a code went to shift inhibt and onstar said power train module take to dealer. Only trouble dealer 120 miles from home its sat and in confrance call via onstar no dmechanic on duty bring it in and leave it they will check Monday. Got rental they will call Monday so here I sit gonna go nuts till then.

not a switch codes P0202 ans P2149 replaced main engine harness all 1700 bucks worth runs fine but just this am ti take about a minut for the glow plugs to go out engine was warm when picked up so did not notice yesterday so back to the dealer she goes damn this is frustrating

Glow plug module. Had mine done a while back.

did they make you pay to get it fixed or was it under warranty? In your post you noted something about $1700 and I was wondering if for some reason they didn't warranty the problem?

yeah warranty but now I have a problem with the glow plugs nothing until they changed the harness going in tomorrow great dealer (he thinks so) any mechanic can work on these things asked about how they remove mushroomed glow plugs and his quote "never seen them mushroom could stay on hours no problem) yeah right but that the general for you and I work in the truck plant

mine is at dealer having glow plug module replaced as we speak

Well will the wonders never cease apparently the new harness is a upgrade over the original and it is incompatable with the earlier modules new module on order dealer just scratching his head will be in tomorrow or next day will keep posting till right
