Over the past couple weeks of driving my new truck, I'm noticing the transmission "slipping" when at low speeds, primarily when rolling through a stop light or stop sign, though it happens in heavy traffic too, if the speed is slow enough.

I ran a few searches, and it seems like this is something that others have experienced, but all the threads were fairly old (2003), and all of them seemed to say that this is normal. Do others have this issue / is it still an issue?

I didn't have this problem at all with my 2004 LB7 / Allison combo so it seems abnormal to me. I'm just curious if this is a normal condition and I just got lucky with my 04, or if it's something I should take in and have my dealer look at?

At some point in the future, I do plan a SunCoast upgrade, but that's at least a year down the road or so.. http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/images/smilies/smile.gif
