No they do not. When you purchase the fog kit it comes with all the wires need and plugs into the Main fuse box under the hood. then the switch is wired with stuff already there and you are set. I think you will have to wire a switch and run wires if you do it the way you are thinking... You might be able to get the stock wiring harness and then install the lights you have. Call your local stealer or talk to a vendor here... Good luck...
