I need to bleed my clutch, but am unsure as to the proper procedure. I know where the bleed valve and everything is, but do i do this when it is running or not?

not running !! it really does not matter so you might as well leave the truck off

Same as bleeding brakes, Two man job really , Push clutch down and hold, open bleed scr. let air out , Repeat as many times as ness.

sorry one more thing , make sure your clutch master dosn't go down to much , keep close eye on it and refill when ness. .. or you have to strat all over again.

For that small of a system I like to run all the old out while bleeding and refilling with new fluid. But thats just me.

Thanks guys, i just took my truck in for warranty work on the release bearring, got it home and parked it for the night. Next morning i could not get it in gear so i figured there was still air in the lines, had my wife help with pumping the clutch, and after that good as new except it still has kinda a whurring noise when i press and release the clutch. Not sure what that is? thought that is what i was getting fixed?
