i took my rubber inlet tube on the turbo and there is oil in turbo, rubber inlet and the tube to the valve breather( cant remember actual name.lol). wondering if this is a bad thing. could this be caused by a bad breather canister?

For piece of mind, do the CDR test. Oil is, however normal, as a search would indicate.

Agreed. Its most likely the cdr valve. Is there oil around the valve covers too?
