I am trying to tune my second truck. If download a tune from the library with a diff. OS run a script from a stock tune with the same OS then run that script against my factory tune-OS is that OK or is there something that I am missing. I don't need to be replacing a motor just cause I am stupid with a computer in my hands... THANKS GUYS:o:

Its good practice after you script your Tune to go in and look at the summary of the changes made on the tunes... If something goes haywire it will show up there and be easy to spot.

True true! The most common thing that is scripted incorrectly is the fuel system (tank sensor) and speedometer data.
good luck!
