Anyone running a 6in lift with 33s? Im starting to regret lifting my truck and now Im wanting to try and lower it back down some. Thought about letting the front end all the way down and getting some smaller blocks for the rear but I dont want to make it look stupid so I thought I would see if maybe someone else may have done this.

It looks good, and is pretty practical. A lot of people will tell you "you need" bigger tires, but they usually have a level and 285's, haha.
That said, I still want 35's as soon as I can swing a regear....intersted in trading? I only have 2400 miles on my 33's.:D

I ran 33s with my 6 inch for about 4 months and it looked fine but im definitely glad i upgraded to 35s in my opinion. I think if the t-bars were lowered and I had a smaller block in the back it would have looked even better with the 33s, plus if you keep the lift on you wont ever have any rubbing issues. Also if you add traction bars I think you will still like your performance with the lift on

You don't need to have 35s but it looks better, no one is saying you have to put 35s in with the 6 inch lift but a lot of companies that sell lift kits offer 35s as an option. I am just stating my opinion, nothing more.

I like the way it looks im just sick of jumping in it and so is everyone else that rides in it. Plus I am trying to get to 500rwhp and I think if I manage to hit that with 35s the motor wont last to long before it pops.

seeing as u wanna drop it down I'd say a 4-6 cognito lift and some 33X12.5's. shouldn't hurt that bad.

Im just goin to leave it the way it is if the only option i have is to buy another lift. I was just wondering if I could lower a pro comp down to a 4in.

Keep in touch with me on what you decide to do... I really need some tires for mine.
