Is anyone running the N-Fab nerf bars. I like the look of them and was wondering where everyone got theirs? Also, if you don't mind telling me, how much did you have to pay for them? How are they holding up? Do you like them or would you go with another brand? I am trying to find some good black nerf bars for a decent price.Pics would also be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
William

I ordered mine on 3/14, through Rocky Mountain Suspension (http://www.rockymountainsusp.com/Nerf_SideBars.htm). They were recommended here by others as being a good source. I've had some problems with the order, miscommunication between them and N-Fab, including Rocky ordering the wrong bars for my truck! I ordered the "bonded chrome powder coat" (looks like transparent silver, 2 yr warranty), they should be shipped out by 4/20. Both Rocky and Brandon at N-Fab have been good to work with and have worked to resolve the issues without me having to make a fuss. The bars have had great reviews here, so I'm anxious to get them and get them installed.

Got mine from N-Fab. I'd suggest having them sent bare and have them powercoated or line-x'ed locally.

I would have to agree with Mike, get them raw and have them coated locally, the powdercoat from them does not hold up worth a damn, mine are fine only because the truck doesn't see nasty weather, my bro's are all chipped and rusting.

What I was thinking of doing, no matter what brand, would be to scuff them up and then spray them with bedliner or undercoating material. What does it cost to buy from the factory?

:exactly:
Get them raw and have them line-x'd locally. My last set were powder coated and within a few months had several rock chips that started rusting  . My current ones are line-x'd and there are no rock chips ):h
