I was lucky but you could easily damage all the internal parts inside the transfer and when that happens your not going nowhere with that truck. randy_the_hack 03-12-2009, 11:02 PM Moved to Drivetrain... Aprilwine 03-13-2009, 10:58 AM how much damage can it cause if you dont fix it right away The short version is, If you don't fix the pump rub it will eventually wear a hole in the back half of your t-case, draining all of the fluid and then when the T-case is out of fluid, it basically burns up. Thanks to Tolliwacker's help, I've ordered the Kennedy/Riverside fix and am going to do a pre emptive strike on my T-case before the pump rub becomes a big expense. | ||
