Get a bigger exhaust and bigger downtube from the turbo
Open up the air filter with a better flowing one
Crank up the pump for more fuel delivery
That is about all i know
Others will be by to help you out aswell
Good Luck

All of the above but add:
Gauges - Gotta have.. keeps you from making expen$ive mistakes.

Also, make or buy an adjustable spring for the turbo wastegate and an intercooler to keep those IAT's within reason. Not only turn up the fuel metering inside the pump , but also rotate the pump housing 2.5mm driverside for 8.5* advance.

alrighty, so im gonna get the 4" exhaust , the boost and pyro guages, remove the restriction in the airbox, and a shift programmer for the tranny, avancing the pump and a adjustable wastgate, and dual t-stat, and intercooler also considering the mag-hytec rear-diff cover and tranny-pan. but im wondering if there is anything that can be done with the ecm/pcm? are ther any chips for it ? i used this truck to pull a 9000lb load from lakehills texas to seguin tx and it was better than i expected (this is my 3rd 6.5 turbo) my previous 2 all ahd issues with injector pumps, lift pumps, tranny's and i swore i wouldnt get another. but my father inlaw passed away and the mother inlaw needed funds and i needed another truck so i bought it with the thought of selling it in a couple of months. but after driving it for a awhile im convinced to keep it. its amazing how a taken care of a truck can be so much fun to drive. he religiously maintained it and im happy. just need to tinker with it. need to get a little more torque out of it, i tell i just cant leave well enough alone......:grd:

The '93 has to be the best year of this truck. I have one with an NVG4500.
Wester's garage sells the stand alone ECM/TCM for the tranny shift points.
