Looking to convert my 2001 2wd into a 4wd. So far i know the doner truck or parts must be from a 01 or 02.

Couple quick questions..

Do i need to swap TCM's?
Is everything plug and play? Will the connectors be behind the dash for the 4wd switch, etc..
Will the wiring harness for the T-case be under the truck or will that need to be swaped?

lota work and alota cash. i wouldnt waste your time. sell the 2wd and buy a used 4wd.

Unless its a older truck ( pre '75 ) then its not worth the MAJOR PITA that you're gonna have
