Take a good look at Cognito. It might cost a bit more but with the "needed" items on the other kits it all works out the same. Here's the Leveling Kit http://www.norcaltruck.com/cognito-2-3.html or my favorite http://www.norcaltruck.com/cognito-4-6.html. If Cognito still doesn't do it for ya' give NorCalTruck a call and they can help you with the other brands.

The T/C kit is a very good kit (40,000 mi. on my 4") , you can buy direct from them (utah) or from a vender here (I think one of the sled pullers here sells them) can't remember who .

I have a Cognito 4-6 TBD waiting in my garage with a few sweet goodies. Bilsteins on all 4 corners, HD Tierods. Got it from Nick at NorCal Truck. Recommend them 100%. Nick and I have talked on many occasions including one late night call. This man cares about his customers and that they get the right stuff and get it installed without any problems.
