Well if you have already limped the trans. I am not sure if a shift kit will help. mine was limped a few times before a bullydog shift kit was put in. it didn't solve anything I still ended up with a 7000.00 tranny while on holidays now there is no problems.

There are two TransGo kits-- TransGo Jr. is made for the 6 speed which requires you install trim valves in the valve body. It does help these transmissions if the driver does not beat it. This will also fit and help the 5 speeds a little, but not as much as it helps the 6 speed.

The TransGo for the 5 speed is a full kit,--- you have to remove the transmission and install internal parts. This helps with a mild tune, but will not hold up like the Suncoast kits do, when you add lots of power.

Hope this helps
