Hello,
So i have the v2 bought it from Nick, I put a tune in a long time ago that he built and put it in and left it. havent changed tunes in a long time. Short story is my laptop got a bug and had to be wiped out and everything reinstalled. Truck is going in tommorow for maint and a check engine light. So I figured i had better put the stock tune back in.

Reinstalled the software new version off of the EFI live website, but now I am stuck. I plug in the V2 to have it link up with my laptop and nothing happens the software tells me to plug it in to install the drivers but nothing happens. I am not the best computer guys, and don't know what to do to make it work. Any help would be appreciated, I had my stock tune backed up and already opened it in the new EFI live software.

Thank you,

RJ

The biggest problem with installation and drivers is VISTA. You need to make sure you have the correct permission to install software and drivers.
