Hey guys, I have these three codes. P2565,p0046,p2563. I looked up previous post's and have seen the boost solenoid replaced, boost control sensor, and turbo replacement have been used to remedy these. I know the turbo is under waranty. And I found the solenoid online for half of what the dealer wants. Does anyone have the part number for the boost sensor, I would like to try and find it online if thats what the dealer says is wrong.

How many miles on truck? Under 100,000 should have ALL turbo and related control items under warranty. May have to pay $100 deductable.
Remove any power adders before going to a dealer for warranty coverage.

Took it to the dealer today. Called me and said it was the boost solenoid and it would be $150 for the deductible. Sound right?

Can you get your hands on the owners manual or warranty book that came with the truck. I think the dealer is stiffing you for $50.00.
Can someone else help here?

If the boost sol. is covered under the 5yr 100k engine warranty it should only be a $100 deductable. Not sure what the part itself would cost. If you have a part number you could check on GM parts direct, it might be cheaper to replace it yourself.

$100 is the correct amount, shouldn't be anymore. Someone has there hands out for the extra $50.

If you dont have the manual with the 100 listed I can probably scan the page for you and send it to you to print and take down there.
