I think it would be way more trouble than it's worth. Centerline and Alcoa both make styles very similar to the factory wheels in wider sizes with great load ratings.

i am with runninhorn. i love the way they look and really would like the aftermarket to do a stronger wider look alike. i think a lot of people share this same view because it gives it that stock clean appearance with all of the positives of the aftermarket.

yea, i definately prefer the stock look. I see it's $80 a wheel, I really like that price. What width would you think i should go to to run a 295 or a 305?

I'm assuming they would add the extra width to the part of the rim that you would not see so the backspacing would be huge so the face of the rim would be tucked in the wheelwell exactly where it is now.

Whereas I want the rim to be widening to the outside so the tires stick out a bit.

80.00 EA to widen a forged wheel?

that seems a little light to me?

ChevyHDGert - I know it's not the best solution but you could always put some high quality wheel spacers on there to increase the backspacing.

well, i got serious about this today, called them and said "what is your address for shipping and how do i pay...." and got more clarification this phone call from someone else. It seems Stockton doesnt widen these wheels, they gave me the name of a guy that does, but he said he only does car wheels, not the HD truck wheels. And his stuff runs $200 a wheel, so knowing that, it looks like its time to go the H2 route.......or the Weld OUTBACK series route........

I would think that you couldn't widen a one-piece forged wheel.
