I just want to know how exactly to up grade the ppe i think i want like a 70 horse tune but its steps go from 40 to 90 and up so anyone got ideas?

you can't get that. You only get what the programmer is set for. But remember, these are rated at engine, not rear wheels, so the 90 is more like a 60-65 hp at rear wheels.

Load the 90 hp tune, should put right in the 65 hp range with parasitic loss.
