Well, I finally got to lay some pipe on the beast. ):h Went with the 4" Pinacle system from the auction site. Had some problems figuring out how exactly the hangers were supposed to be placed (instructions are hand drawn), but I managed and got'em in. It has a nice deep, throughty sound and it's not loud at all (was actually hoping it would be louder). And the nice tune the turbo likes to wistle will have me listening to the turbo, rather than the radio for a few days. :ro) I can notice an increased throttle respose which is awesome. Turbo spools way quicker and the boost sticks with it longer than before. At 11 psi, turbo seems to shutdown and boost drops out. I'm assuming this is the ECM doing this and the resistor swap should help it....right? I plan on getting a pyro meter next time I head into town, so this is as far as I'm going with the mods until I get the meter.
