Is there an easy way to convert DSP2 tunes to DSP5?
Do I open the DSP2 tune in the DSP5 and import the base tune, then copy all the DSP2 tables one by one, or will the DSP2 come in as the base tune and the DSP2 tune become the first selected DSP5 tune (#1 of 4)?
Thanx for the help.

Read the help files in efi live, it should be covered extensively in there.

The Help in EFILive is specific to changing a standard *.tun into a DSP2 or DSP5 file. I want to change a DSP2 into a DSP5 without having to copy every table, including the ones for the base tune.
Has anyone out there done something like this? I decided I want the ability to have 4 extra tunes instead of 1.

Go to the efi live website.
The forums there have the info you are looking for if no one answers here. I just started using it after the class I took so I'm not sure for that conversion but I know there is a way.

You can't convert DSP2 to DSP5 directly. You need to cut/paste or start overwith a new base. Given there is only 10 or so tables, cut/paste shouldn't pose too much difficulty.

Thanx Cindy,
I figured that would be the case, but I was being lazy, hoping for a quick solution:D.
