The stock tire has a closed outer tread pattern which can REALLY make driving in the rain dangerous. May I suggect changing to an open outer tread pattern tire, such as:

Hankook RF10 ATM
Jetzon Revenger AT
Cooper Discoverer ATR
Yokohoma Geolander A/T-S

Here the same problem listed for an SRW http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/showthread.php?t=285146&highlight=yokohoma with my same recommendation.

The only problem I have is the Da^& wipers don't go fast enough. Or is it I am going to fast. I never had a problem other than that.

Try Rain X windshield wiper fluid. Great stuff.:D

Rain X your windshield and you won't even need your wipers at speed. The little droplets of water will fly off your windshield at warp speed.

Can you share so I can learn from your mistake....What happens??? whenever the window would fog up on the inside it would end up running down the inside of the window in large drips and it would create pools on the dashboard.
the defrost did nothing but blow drops of water around the glass.
