It's a 2007.5 LMM, with a 6" lift. It has 35,000 miles. Everytime I put it in 4wd the front end seems like its spinning faster than the rear end. Have barely any control, either spins and goes left or right. Any info can help.

Yep...finally someone to confirm it's not in my head.... I'm on ice and snow right now in AK. Putting it into 4WD feels like the front end is pushing R or L...almost like pushing through sand, like the wheels are out of alignment. But...it's not every time. When I had the dealer drive it, didn't do it apparently. Drives fine in 2WD.

sounds like you guys have worn out idler pitman arms. When they wear out the tires will toe in as soon as you put it in 4wd and get on the gas. This will make the truck jump around as you guys state. New idler/pitman arms and a set of cognito braces will cure it.

But be sure they are worn out as i could be wrong. Lift one tire off the ground and grab the tires and turn it in toward the truck and then back out. watch the idler/pitman arm and if the drag link moves front to back then they are worn out and need replacing

I had the same thing happen on an 01 ZR2...granted its not the same vehicle...I'll say that that truck handled great in 4 wheel drive UNTIL I had the torsion bars cranked up. I did not have an understanding of the torsion bars at the time and wanted the leveled look in the front...what happened after the torsion bars had been cranked (in this case over cranked...maxed out) while under acceleration, the truck was downright dangerous with its pulling wildly left and right. I backed off on the torsion bar crank and was able to restore control while in 4x4...especially under acceleration. Perhaps you could try and back the torsion adjustment bolts off a bit in your efforts to troubleshoot your issue. Good luck.

skale have you solved the issue yet. i just recently posted pretty much the same thing. everything ive heard is to make sure your cv joints are level and to get tie rod sleeves (which i have) and pitman and idler arm braces. im getting my truck back tomorrow form my mechanic he is put the braces on and realigning it. hope it works. i will let you know tomorrow when i 4X4 launch the bitch.

I've got the idler/pitman kit as well as the braces on the way from DMaxstore-we'll see if that solves it-thank you

Pitman/ilder arms (fresh) and support braces are a definite help. Also, lowering the front so the tie rods have more of a flat attitude will help.
