I just took mine to my dealer. If you talk to them they will normally try to help you out. They know it's a design flaw and have already replaced a ton of these things.

I was a few thousand outside the 3/36. I was told no go on the warranty. Since my truck is less than 2 years old and I bought it brand new I let them know how unhappy I was. Needless to say, their $500 quote turned into a $75 "deductible".

The dealership I went to wanted to charge me 800.00 to replace all three. To make matters worse the assistant manager was going to charge me 98.00 for the diag. I told him it took me under 30 seconds to find where the leak was coming from, and that by now they should know there is a problem with these hoses.

My dealer for the past 40 years told me $825 to replace. I took it to another dealer that I have never dealt with, they ran it thru a "good will" program and it cost me $200. My 2006 was four months out of warranty.

Any decent dealer will cover the lines upto 50k or so miles. Especially if your a good customer with them. There is a TSB confirming updated style lines with a stronger crimp. Lets hope this holds.
