I have an 05 cc with the Bose stereo but it sounds nothing like my wifes 04 Denali. . . . what is the diffrence and can I swith out the head unit for the Denali one?

I don't think its the head unit that makes the difference. I think there are more speakers and a bigger subwoofer in the denali.
