The guy over at the stereo shop says there is nothing available and I find that hard to believe. What have you guys had done?

You could make your own box or have a shop make one or even make a fiberglass box. I'm not willing to pay someone for an overpriced under built box so I am making my own. It's for my ext. cab and will hold one 12" down firing Rockford fosgate. Anything is possible don't take their word for it. Also check Qlogic boxes.

Pioneer makes a shallow mount 10" that is AWESOME! I have 1 and love it! Very loud and sounds way better than the mtx or fosgate 10"s I have had in the past!

I would try to stay away from the pre fab boxes they are usually overpriced and not the right air space for most subs (with the exception of the JL box most of the time). We build boxes to each truck and speaker choice. If you have some wood working ability you can make the box yourself. I can help you pick out some products and design the box. Or we can build one for you and ship it out.
