How much are your torsion bars cranked? I know if they are cranked all the way the balljoint needs to be bolted on the bottom.

If you have the bars cranked up they should be on the bottom of the arms. If they are not cranked its good.

Placing the UCA on top of the ball joint will add a little more room between the bump stop and frame stop.

Yes for leveling they need to be on the lower side of the control arm.

So did Cognito include this little fact in their directions or is something left for the consumer to figure out? I didn't install them so I didn't look at those.
