I have a 2002 Sierra with adjustable headrests. I like to position them in the most forward position so they are close to my head. Problem is that they spring back to the straight up position if you put much pressure on them. Has anyone taken one apart to see if they can be fixed permanently in the desired position?

i would just like to know why they quit putting that option in??
