Just an FYI, just went up and met my new service advisor, told him id like to have the torsion bars adjusted to accomadate larger tires, and he said get the tires first, come back, and we will align your truck, then reprogram the ECM with our new programmer so that the truck will adjust to the larger tires (ie-shift points, speedo, etc.) Just an FYI, thought it was pretty cool.......:ro)

As far as I know, the calibrations do not exist for speedometer changes. The speedo calibration lies within the ECM calibration, and can only be changed in a reflash. There is an ABS calibration that many have had done thinking it would do the trick, but many have paid $75+ for nothing. Shift points are based on transmission shaft speed so the actual ground speed at which it shifts will not change.

If you are going to buy a tuner anyways (a PCM uploader, Predator/Superchips/Hypertech/PPE/Quad/Bullydog) save your money. The tuner will do it.

.....and the first time RUNNINHORN goes in for warranty work, he may get a very rude surprise...voided warranty. I can hear it now..."What do you mean, we never said it was OK for you to run these...."
What they don't know doesn't hurt you...
