when i have the money this summer i plan on fixing up my truck so right now i am basically gathering information on what i wnat to do to my new (to me) duramax.

i am planning on doing the normal air upgrades and getting the edge juice/attitude not the "hot" and mayby upgrading to the "hot" and stacking later on if i decide to beef up the transmision later on. my question is what is the max hp on the normal juice/attitude? i thought it was 120 but i looked at a website a second ago and it said only 90. i don't plan to really run these settings but would like the power to show off to my friends and well smoke there @$$ every now and again. i might choose to buy the hot if there is that much of a difference in the power levels. but that $200 differace is quite a big one. that is a couple of weekends at the bars(northgate for yall that know what that is)

its 120hp, the hot version is 25hp more than standard version.

The Hot version many times has put out more than +25HP....

Several folks here have data that sez the HJ on level 5 should put down 420 RWHP, which is more like 180 HP vs. the advertised 145. Edge apparently went way conservative with the rating.

I'm not sure your stock clutch will hold either of the top tunes, for long, anyway. They eat the auto for lunch.

A HOT OJ with Attitude put down 435HP/905TQ on my truck with a 240/420 baseline IIRC............it will hurt your clutch I am sure.........
