: When really cold out no power brakes or steering??? Kennedy726 02-25-2009, 08:16 PM This has happened three times now and it only happens when the temp outside is single digits or in the teens but I started my truck and let it warm up for 10-15 min and jump in to take off and it has no power steering or brakes rev it up a couple times and it starts working fine???
